Payment Terms: Company Check, Visa or Master Card C.O.D. unless credit arrangements have been made.

Deposits:  A 50% deposit must accompany all orders for non-stock items: Custom Washout Booths, Drying Cabinets

Freight Quotes:  Freight quotes are estimates only.  RhinoTech is not responsible for corrected freight charges.  All freight rates are governed by the I.C.C. and each shipment is subject to weight and measurement inspection, reclassification and fuel surcharges, as well as a customer’s own discount history with a carrier.

Freight Charges:  All UPS / Federal Express orders will be shipped prepay and add,all motor freight orders will be shipped freight collect.

Shipping Locations:  All orders are shipped F.O.B. Mendota Heights, MN.

Returned Goods:  RhinoTech, no materials are to be returned or credit allowed without the company’s prior authorization.  Authorized returns, in good condition, are credited at invoice price, less 15% to cover handling, service charges and expenses.  Special order and/or non-stock merchandise may not be returned.  There are no returns allowed for any electrical parts.

Freight Damage:  If you receive a damaged shipment, the consignee must note on the freight bill, the damage and then file a freight claim with the carrier. RhinoTech cannot file a freight claim for you.  Title for merchandise transfers to the consignee once the shipment leaves our dock.

Warranty:  All new products manufactured and/or sold by RhinoTech, are warranted against manufacturers defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Warranty is limited to the repair or correction of the item in question at the discretion of RhinoTech, All items must be returned to RhinoTech, with prior approval, RhinoTech, is not responsible for shipping cost.  Normal wear and use is not considered warranty such as: Trigger Guns, High Pressure Hose, Spray Wands, Light Bulbs, etc., unless a problem arises in the first 30 days of operation.  Repair parts are warranted for 30 days from date of purchase.

Crating:  Many items listed in this price list do not have an additional crating cost, however, we have tried to include this cost where applicable.  Most custom orders will be subject to special packaging and/or crating charges
