RhinoBond Specialty Adhesives

These selected RhinoBond Adhesives are designed for general bonding applications. In addition to the RBA 120™, 700 and 900, these adhesives meet MIL requirements and are available in a range of viscosities formulated to meet specific applications.

RBOP 100
This adhesive is ideal for the screen printing shop when drying speed and efficiency are the primary requirements. A special feature of this adhesive is that it requires no primer for drying, which makes it ideal for the overseas market. It is not a hazardous material to ship.

RBA 40
This is a general purpose, 40 cPs ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. It has low viscosity and is designed for fine mesh or maximum wetting applications; fills gaps of .004" (.1mm).

RBA 300
This multi-purpose 300 cPs adhesive is of medium viscosity and designed for greater flexibility. This product is specifically designed for use on steel frames.

RBA 2500
This extra-high-viscosity 2500 cPs ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive is formulated to bond to porous surfaces or extremely coarse mesh applications; fills gaps of .008" (.2mm).

RhinoBond X Series
RhinoBond X Series is a cyanoacrylate with advanced HUMIDITY CONTROL to be used when premature drying of the adhesives become a problem due to high humidity and the use of fine mesh counts. Available in 50, 100 and 700cPs

RhinoBond Specialty Adhesives: RBA CD Series

The RBA CD Series features surface-insensitive cyanoacrylates formulated to bond to rough, porous and acidic substrates, including wood, steel and aluminum. These ethyl hybrid adhesives cure rapidly even under conditions of low humidity and perform where conventional cyanoacrylates fail. Included in this series is the RBA 700™ Performance Grade Adhesive.

RBA 50CD
Works on an extensive range of substrates; designed for steel frames, fine fabrics and maximum wetting applications.

RBA 100CD
A medium-viscosity instant adhesive, which works well on most substrates; RBA 100CD™ is recommended for medium to fine fabrics.

RBA 900CD
A high-viscosity adhesive, RBA 900CD™ is a 1500 cPs and is recommended for porous surfaces and coarse fabrics.
